Trouble viewing the tour?

The tour loading animation stops, but then the tour doesn't start.
The reason nothing seems to be happening is because the presentation is actually still loading - try again, you might need to wait an extra 30 seconds or so, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

The "loading" animation just keeps running endlessly when I try to view menu items 4,5 or 6
This is a weird problem that affects some browsers - for some reason clicking the refresh button (or hitting ctrl-R) fixes the problem.

Everything looks too small
Try mazimising your browser window - the presentation resizes automatically with your browser window.

I've tried all that, and I STILL can't view it properly
